The festival is the initiative of South Dublin County Council. Held in October each year, the Red Line Book Festival is a celebration of all things literary; be it spoken, written, sung, played, illustrated or even just thought! Taking place in venues across South County Dublin, the Red Line Book Festival provides a programme of events and workshops that appeals to people of all ages and interests, from children to adults, casual readers to book worms. The 2020 festival will run from 12th-18th October 2020.
