In 2019, teacher Ciarán Mulqueen started the process of buying a home in Ireland.
Over a year-long search, he became more and more disillusioned with the difficulties of the market. He decided to create an online community where people could share their experiences of buying a property—and the social media powerhouse Crazy House Prices was born.
In his first book, How to Buy a Home in Ireland, Ciarán has put together the tips, advice and knowledge he has learned from engaging with thousands of purchasers and industry experts through the years.
Ciarán Mulqueen said that buying a home in Ireland is unnecessarily difficult, which is why he wrote the book.
