The Stinging Fly seeks a full time programme manager

The Stinging Fly has an opening for a programme manager, someone to assist in planning and delivering an annual programme of activities.

The role will involve working closely with the publisher, and liaising with colleagues. It’s a new role in the organisation and is a full-time position, with an ideal start time in March.

The Stinging Fly has grown in reputation and stature since its inception in 1997 when it was founded by Aoife Kavanagh and Declan Meade. Now a well-known home for literary talent, it has grown to be not only a magazine, but a book publisher, an education provider, and an online platform.

“Our mission is to seek out, nurture, publish and promote the very best new writers and new writing.”
