Join us for a streamed video event with the winners and runners-up of this year’s Trócaire Poetry Ireland Poetry Competition performing their poems, as part of Culture Night 2020.
The annual poetry competition uses the arts to raise awareness about current global citizenship, justice, ecological and equality issues.
As a physical awards ceremony isn’t possible due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are celebrating the winners of the competition with a special streamed video event. This takes place on Poetry Ireland’s YouTube event page at 6pm on Culture Night (Friday 18 September). You can register in advance for an Eventbrite ticket (see link below) to receive a reminder of the event closer to the time.
