Gill Books are now seeking an outstanding Commissioning Editor to build, shape and develop an ambitious list. Commissioning approximately 20 non-fiction books per year, the role will analyse market trends and consumer sentiment to identify subject areas and authors to publish, and develop strong commercial proposals.
