The successful candidate will report to the Senior Production Controller, andhttps://www.bookstation.ie/product/listen-to-the-land-speak-a-journey-into-the-wisdom-of-what-lies-beneath-us/ be responsible for production quality, overseeing the process from edited text through to print and digital publication.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must feel comfortable prioritising and managing a busy workload, successfully delivering to deadlines, while meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
In addition, the right person will have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills and will have good technical knowledge of printing and book production processes. They will also have excellent attention to detail, demonstrating a calm and flexible approach to the role, even when under pressure.
